This talented young lady has a unique style all of her own. Skyla not only can sing and act, she is an incredible songwriter, dancer, and has a phenomenal stage presence. She could very well be the next big discovery in country music. She is already well on her way to making her own mark overseas, and has debuted here in the United States with her new album "You Said You'd Call Me". This album consists of 11 self-penned songs, and was released summer of '2005'. The album has been creating quite the buzz on the internet, among the media, DJ's, and fans from all over the world. People are wanting to hear more from this young lady. With past releases to radio she has climbed her way to the number one spot on various charts: Indie World Country chart, Indie Tracker, and  Inside Country chart.  She has also reached the top 20 on the European Country Music Charts, and has charted on New Music Weekly, and on the Indie Power Source Chart.  Skyla's song "You Said You'd Call Me", was released on CDX - Vol. 382 on October 31, 2005.  This song is receiving rave reviews with it's catchy lyrics, and up-beat swinging music. 
Skyla's most latest release "One More Chance" was released on July 24th 2006 nationwide and was released on Hot Disc in July overseas.  “One More Chance” climbed up and made the 40 on Billboard in Europe. Skyla is an artist that has outstanding stage presence like you have never seen.  She works the audience, and she makes you feel like you are part of the show.  Skyla has been blessed with many opportunities -she had the opportunity to showcase at CRS in 2003, and has met many DJ's from around the world, and has opened for other country music artists.  She currently is working on new material to be released in 2008. DJs, and fans from overseas and in the United States have embraced Skyla's music, and it is just a matter of time before this talented lady explodes full force onto the country music scene.
